A Sunday of practice, connection and sangat at Vine and Branches, Lower Plenty, with Ravi Prem Kaur, Guru Jivan Kaur, Jai Inder Kaur and Dharamjot Kaur.

On Sunday 27 September, practitioners, teachers and trainers came together in Lower Plenty for a day of practice, connection and sangat.

Ravi Prem Kaur, Outreach Manager for the Kundalini Research Institute, was in Melbourne before the Kundalini Yoga Festival in Tyalgum. Together with Guru Jivan Kaur, Jai Inder Kaur and Dharamjot Kaur, she offered a special Community Day at Vine and Branches. Ravi told us that everyone who came stayed engaged from start to finish.

Not everyone can get to the Festival each year, so this gave our wider community another chance to gather, practise together and connect with experienced teachers. One of the greatest gifts KYTANZ can offer is access to a diverse range of teachers, teachings and opportunities for connection. This day was exactly that.

Dharamjot made sure a KYTANZ banner stood in the room, so the teachers who came could see who we are.

A special thank you to our Victorian Community Representative, Kiran Jot, for her generous heart and all the hands-on organising in Melbourne. Melbourne is a stronger community because of her kindness, dedication and generous spirit. Thank you, Kiran Jot. Thank you also to Jai Inder and Dharamjot for hosting Ravi with such warmth.
