- Your profile on Find a Teacher Your own listing: found on Google, contactable by members, and you decide what is shared.
- List your classes, courses and events Everything you run appears on What’s On and in the search people actually use to find a class near them. Trainers list their training runs the same way.
- Promote what you run in the newsletter Your events and offers go out to the whole mailing list every two months, free, with a member discount where you can offer one.
- IKYTA membership, included Your international association membership comes with it, as it always has. Renewal confirms your status each year.
- Apply for event sponsorship KYTANZ funds member events, full or partial, paid before the event, with promotion through the newsletter and socials.
- A vote at the AGM A say in how the association is run, not just what it builds.
Membership FAQ
Is Community Membership really free?
Yes — no payment details are ever asked for. You get a real member login and community events.
I was a member years ago. Do I re-register?
No — log in with your old details (or reset your password) and you’ll be guided through renewal with your information already there.
What happens at renewal time?
Professional Members get an automated reminder; renewal confirms your IKYTA status and payment, and your teacher profile carries on uninterrupted.
Who sets the tier names and fees?
The Rules of Association define the membership classes, and members set the fees each year at the Annual General Meeting.
What we are building next, and you decide the order
These are the member benefits on the table, along with a few smaller things we are weighing up. None of them is finished, so we are not going to bill you for them. What we will do is ask you which ones would actually help.
