Monday Mind Mastery Online Meditation via Zoom
Join Kylie, White Snake Yoga for online Kundalini meditation each week.
Be present for the Monday live class 6 – 6:45pm AEST or watch the recording which remains valid for six days so you can catch up in your own time and revisit the practice as many times as you like.
Each week you will get to experience a different meditation to improve focus, clarity and calm. You may like to try and practice the meditation daily and cultivate discipline and mind mastery.
