Are you ready to take a courageous leap in your evolution?

Our community in Aotearoa & Western Australia is coming together for a deep and rewarding journey of learning and transformation.

Offered by Jai Ram Kaur @grishtashram and @maheshjoti_ka (Kundalini & Dance New Zealand) and joined by an international team of trainers, this teacher training collaboration provides an approximately 9 month experience of personal growth and homecoming.

The curriculum takes you on a journey of discovery into the yogic teachings – the philosophy, technology, art and spiritual science of Kundalini Yoga: learning you may have been looking for your whole life long.

You will experience a wide range of Kundalini yoga and meditation practices, which nourish the body, still the mind and awaken the soul.

You will deepen your experience of Naam – true identity – and become more intimate with the Golden Chain and the unique frequency of this tradition.

All in a community of like-minded individuals and supported and served by an experienced and dedicated team of trainers.
