I am a Kundalini Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teacher living in Elwood Melbourne with my husband and two divine sons. I LOVE sharing these sacred teaching with as many people as I can, as it has been the one steady practice in my life since I first got on the mat in a class with Daphna / Guruwant In Bali 2009 that has consistently brought me immense joy, relief, healing, connection, clarity and peace. It changed my life and I just love sharing the beauty, depth and strength of this healing and elevating modality. My previous life I was in Fashion and now I have merged my worlds and produce a Kundalini Yoga range and have a beautiful online store of divinely curated yogic lifestyle products. I offer classes in Melbourne, mostly St Kilda and Elwood, teaching at Dragon Realm and HUMM and the Elwood Angling Club weekly. Join my Greece Retreat 19-26 June 2027 for summer solstice
