I was drawn to Yoga at 18 years old purely for back pain relief and was drawn back for each pregnancy and then again in my 40's to do training to deepen my practice. I chanced upon Kundalini and completed my first 200 hours in 2018 with Maya Fiennes and then further 200 hours with Gurmukh and Gurushabd in 2019. I love how the practice uplifts me physically, mentally, emotionally and connects me to spirit. Even though I learnt valuable experiences with other teacher trainings, nothing compares to Kundalini for me.
